Backend Servers - The core element to our systems is our back-end servers & our advanced routing platform Inforoute that allows for the two-way routing of messages to multiple clients. Our servers are fully redundant & are housed in secure data centres providing 24x7 connectivity & uninterruptible power.

The diagram below gives an example of how our back-end system receives messages from telemetry/location devices and then routes them through to the correct clients.

Currently our Gateways can connect to 22 different types of Telemetry/Location devices. Different hardware sends the information through in different ways, the hardware connects to the correct gateway and sends through packets of data to the gateway which in turn sends it through to our Advanced Routing platform Inforoute. Inforoute then performs a check to see which clients should receive the data it has received and then routes it through to the clients.
